Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: Initial crossing of the brook at the parking area is very difficult. Crossed via the bridges up the road behind the houses (sorry!). Managed to get across upon return by going upriver 100ft or so. Other crossings were easy

Dog-Related Notes: Good hike for them, apart from the crossing. Ours managed without help, but we saw Bowser having some trouble.

Comments: Great hike up the brook and to Burnt Rock. Trail is pretty thin right now with a lot of ice showing. New snow should really help. We barebooted until a couple hundred feet below the LT junction, where we put on spikes. Not always necessary, but good to have.
