Hell Brook is broken out as of mid-day 12/29. That said - it snowed all morning long and was pretty windy. 6†down low and over 1ft up high. Wore crampons and had axe out from the start of Hell Brook until I made it to the Chin. The way down Profanity and LT after Taft Lodge was a combo of either spikes or bare boots. Nice day - full winter conditions :] |
