Comments
Comments: excellent day, morning clouds lifted as predicted yielding fine views in all directions-to Vt, Whites, 'Dacks, Lake Champlain. summit fairly crowded, maybe 25 people; arrivals from west, north via Taft, and many from auto road; moderate number passing on the trails. social distancing very variable, and mask use/hat covered face also very variable. hope wind minimized the issue.
Kestrel data: T=39F W=28mph WC= 28F. clear, cooler temps allowed pleasant day, not chilly on sunlit summit where a jacket was sufficient to hang out. splendid day for a couple 'old-timers' getting legs tuned up for fall season.
