Comments
Comments: A cloudy day was expected, and experienced. Upper half mile of trail to meadow was in delightful misty greenness. Above the meadow the swirling mist made an "away from the world" ambiance. Blustery wind on the summit was enough to remind that Mother Nature is in charge.
Trails on upper half of the mountain had persistent trickle of water; areas of mud along the entire length were easy to step over or through-wet enough to recommend boots rather than trail shoes.
Just a few friendly folks enjoying the day on upper mountain.
