we parked on laber road in bridgewater to the southeast of the peak. |

some of the lower woods have been logged and were messy, but soon opened up into a mixed hardwood and spruce forest up to the ridgeline near the 2437 spot. we continued along the ridge on an old footpath/boundary line which petered out shortly before the summit and recognized highpoint. we roughly retraced our steps back down to the car. |
