Bushwhacked to the AT from the parking lot. Once on the AT, the trail was well broken out. Heavy snow squall with a lot of wind today, but the sky cleared for great views. The wind was gusting near 60-70 mph at the summit which made a trip up the fire tower pretty exciting. Overall a nice quick hike well worth the trip. |
