Water Crossings:The Isolation Trail has multiple crossings which can be dangerous after rain and in spring runoff.
Winter Access Notes:Mt. Isolation is often climbed via the Route 16 side of the Rocky Branch Trail in winter. The Glen Boulder and Dry River routes are rarely used in winter.
Road Access Notes:Jericho Road (Rocky Branch Trail south) generally closes in November or December and reopens in April or May. WMNF Road Status
