Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: All minor rock hops, streams running very low.
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: All trails in good shape. The only blowdowns I encountered were some old ones on Eagle Cascade Link just before the crossing at the top of the cascade. One ancient blowdown on Baldface Circle (north) had some serious axe work done to cleave it in two.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Saw some at and below Emerald Pool.
Bugs
Bugs: Very minor, a few buzzing around here and there. More crickets than anything else, flitting around, making noise.

Comments
Comments: I hit these fairly well, and it only rained on me for about 25 minutes. Went up South Baldface first, over to North, and down Bicknell Ridge and Eagle Cascade Link. Everything was nice and dry until it rained, then it was damp on the ledges on Bicknell Ridge, and left rocks further down fairly slick. Stopped by Emerald Pool on the way out, fairly crowded, couldn't get a decent shot of it, but it felt good to soak my feet in the cold water. Back at the trailhead, a cold beer, and then the ride home. Why I put these peaks off for so long, I'll never know.
