There were no issues - we left the Fish Hatchery at about 7 PM on Sunday and the gate was still open. |

A couple of streams but nothing that wasn't easily crossed by rock hopping. |

 | Trail Maintenance Notes: |
The trail up to Waumbek was in good condition and then the trail from Waumbek to Willard Notch (over the weeks) was grown over with plenty of climb over, duck under, or navigate around blow downs. There is evidence of some significant trail maintenance on the trail up from Willard Notch over to Bunnell Notch - lots of freshly chopped blow downs (thanks!). The trail up from Bunnel Notch over to Unknown Pond and then from Unknown Pond down to the trail head were in good condition. |

There were some bugs but nothing beyond what you expect to find at this time of year. |

Did this trip as a two-day backpack. Up and over Waumbek and the Weeks on Day #1. Settled into camp near the stream that intersects the Kilkenny Ridge Trail in Willard Notch. On Day #2 we went over Terrace and then Cabot, the Bulge, and the Horn. The rain barrel at the Cabot Cabin was empty (despite the rain that we had) and the spring between the Cabin and the Summit was not very usable. |
