Comments
Comments: Started up trail a little after 9:00. Snow had an ice crust that could support weight without breaking. Thought about using microspikes but ultimately didn't need them. On way down from summit at 12:30 or so the temps had risen making the snow soft which was a benefit in that it allowed us to walk in it an brake our descent rather than walk on the icy center of the trail. A great hike.
