Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: Hiking counter-clockwise, the stream is crossable without getting your feet wet. The first mile of the trail is wet with running water, but with careful foot placement, you can avoid getting too muddy. Once you hit the slabs, you are in for a dry trek. A few slabs on the way down are wet but still plenty of traction.
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: The trail is in great shape
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: I saw several happy pups along the way.
Bugs
Bugs: No black-flys yet!

Comments
Comments: This is the time of year when you make educated guesses on where the monorails have melted out. This loop has no monorail and only a few patches on north-facing shaded areas. These will be gone within days.
