Comments
Comments: Beautiful conditions and trail in good shape. Some blowdowns around Jennings Peak; actually quite a few in that section of woods. They're passable, just surprising to see. That area of woods was, in my recent memory, pretty thick and dark in daylight. But now with the blowdowns, quite a bit of light coming through.

Descending Drake's Brook trail, lots of beautiful foliage coming out. Trillium, bluets, and what looks to be a virburnum of some sort are blooming. Baby ferns coming and saw a couple butterflies! The views were wonderful and trail dry and easy to walk. Lovely start to the weekend. Wishing everyone great and safe adventures this weekend.
