Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: The gate at the hatchery was locked at 7:20am when I got there, but the guys came out around 7:30 and opened it.
Surface Conditions
Surface Conditions: Dry Trail, Wet Trail, Wet/Slippery Rock, Mud - Significant, Standing/Running Water on Trail, Snow - Trace/Minimal Depth
Recommended Equipment

Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: At the first crossing, the "top" is missing over the bridge. This and the other unbridged crossings were doable with some thought and some caution. York Pond Trail is very wet until it diverges from the river and begins climbing.
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Kilkenney has a lot of blowdowns. I don't think I saw any drainages on the entire trail. Very different from most trails, almost like an improved/blazed herd path.
