Parking/Access Road Notes: Good space for the early fall crowds. Not filled mid-day Saturday or Sunday.

Surface Conditions: Dry Trail, Wet Trail, Standing/Running Water on Trail, Mud - Minor/Avoidable

Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: Lots of rock hopping with once deeper (18'') crossing needed to be forded. 
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Lots of fresh blowdowns in all sizes. Cleared some fallen tree tops and branches. A few blowdowns needing a saw to clear east of the pond. West of the pond can be cleared by hand. 
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Our old girl did well. Plenty of water and was not too strenuous.

Bugs: Too windy.

Comments
Comments: Great overnight trek. Was windy on Saturday leading to a littering of twigs and branches. Trails were a little wet but were drying quickly. Fall colors are appearing making for a beautiful walk.
