Comments
Comments: Only saw two other people (Northbound AT through-hikers) on this hike on a mid-week, cloudy day. Trail alternates flatter sections with some steeper pitches. Recent rain and a persistent light mist resulted in some slippery stretches, where trail was rocky/ledgy. Other than on Hogan Road only real wet stretch was from Mahoosuc Trail junction to Hayes summit. Because of low clouds we stopped on Hayes summit and did not proceed to viewpoint.
