Airline and Short Line in great shape, some minor mud on Short Line in spots. King Ravine could use some brushing, but in good shape overall. First time up Great Gully for both of us and we really took our time, soaking in the views and enjoying the wild nature of this incredible trail. Some ice still present under a few boulders as one begins ascent. The water crossings and ascent up a brief waterfall, were easy. Picked a good day to climb this gem of a trail. Stiff breeze at summit of Adams and throughout most of the Alpine descent of Airline, which was in descent shape for the duration. |
