Beautiful day in the Whites for sure. Ran into 3 people all day. Dirt and small patches of snow to just below Zeta pass. Beater spikes to the Dome, then sharp spikes to come back down. Nice sideways trail there. Bare booted to S. Carter, then beater spikes to the end of the snow somewhere on Imp. Monorail is starting to rear it's ugly head, but held up nicely for me. Got to the N. Carter tr around 1:30pm and it was getting soft. This week will likely be pretty messy. |
