Comments
Comments: The first quarter mile had some mud but fairly easy to walk around it, after that spotty then solid snow. The saddle from Jackson to Webster had 6 inches of fresh snow. The only significant ice was going down to the river crossing from Webster near the waterfall. The fresh snow really helped with traction, a few other minor icy spots, but with micro spikes was easily traversable. Most of the trail was packed snow, no post holing. Great weather, great hike.
