| Water Crossing Notes: |
@ The First crossing of Nancy Brk the trail is washed out. Continue across the brook up the washed out stream channel to find the trail. All other crossings easily accomplished |
|
| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
Several short sections of washed out trail on Nancy Pond require rock hopping, and route finding. Total of about 1/4 mile. 4 bog bridges have floated out of place between Nancy Cascade and Nancy Pond. One was difficult but it has been dragged back onto the trail so the water crossing is easier. |

| Comments: |
I cleared the blowdowns on Carrigain Notch from Nancy Pond Trail to the west. I have now visited the entire stretch to Still Water Jct since Irene. There are a few scoured areas on the trail, but it is easily travelled and stable for now.
Beautiul cascade and ponds. I wish I had time to stop and appreciate them. |
