I decided to go clockwise. I had the trail up to Dickey myself. Once I got to Welch I welcomed about 25 hikers on my way down. It was a great loop and a spring day in the whites I've been waiting for. I can see why you'd go up to Welch first. On a damp day it would be difficult to ascend. |
