Ansel Adams day with great visibility in shrouded clouds, changing places with sunshine and snow showers. Never Put spikes on to avoid balling. A little slipping but over 1-4 inches of snow, not many wet spots and a solid trail as long as you stay with the traveled way.
Eisenhower looked blustery in the distance.
Saw two fellows headed from Jackson to Webster and after that no peeps until coming down Crawford. The going down is getting better but still slow. |
