Parking/Access Road Notes: Three cars along the road when we started, five when we returned, mid-afternoon.

Surface Conditions: Dry Trail, Mud - Minor/Avoidable

Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: There are no significant crossings. Wood frogs were making their joyous spring songs at the minor crossing at the end of the vernal pool down low.

Trail Maintenance Notes: Trail is in great shape except for the erosion in the lowest steep section.

Dog-Related Notes: None. Not allowed.

Bugs: Not yet.

Lost and Found: None. 
 
Comments
Comments: There is one 50' section of decaying ice on the lower steep section, easily avoided, and a few muddy spots but overall the trail is in nice shape and fine for low-cuts.
Lovely day with Chris and Renee with clear views and (eventually) warm sunshine.
