Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: Four crossings all running quite high right now- first near the trailhead is rock hop, second past the kiosk - there is a trunk to get you across though the rock heading down to the crossing was slick, third also a rock hop, the fourth (the major) crossing 1.6 miles in stopped us! All rocks were submerged under 3-6 inches of rapidly moving water, we looked upstream for a crossing but found the same - all rocks were submerged - Would suggest waiting a while for the water to drop a few inches.
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: A fair amount of debris and branches on the trail to the point where we turned back
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Nice dog friendly trail to the point we made!
Bugs

Comments
Comments: Posting to note challenging stream crossing 1.6 miles in - rocks we would have used to cross were all under 3-6 inches of rapidly moving water. Most of the trail clear of snow up to the 4th crossing except roughly 1/4 mile prior to this crossing which was in places still quite deep - OK with boots if you stayed on the center monorail, trail after the crossing at least the part we could see was snow free.
