Parking/Access Road Notes: (Success Pond road is closed; which is why I used this route) Part of the Austin Brook Tr. is closed, but there is a good bypass.

Comments
Comments: No major snow until the flat just below the final climb up to the pond. Above that, snow coverage was almost complete with some prolonged bare sections. Snow was supportive in snowshoes, which are a must. Some significant blue ice flows.
