Bareboots up as far as Cascade Link.Spikes for Red Spot which had it all. Intermittent soft ice, slush, rotting snow, undermining ice, bare rocks. Traction came off for the Pumpelly section to the summit. Beautiful day Wednesday with sunshine and warm temps. A few people at the summit. On the descent melting was in progress, as in "I dont remember this water on the way up"! |
