Comments
Comments: Ammo packed for the first mile then pretty ice for the second mile. Started in Hillsounds and switched to Crampons which made the going easier. Kept Crampons on until we descended Washington and then switched back to Hillsounds for the rest of the hike. Gulfside rocks and spots of ice. Jewell was soft and unconsolidated above treeline. Packed solid below treeline.
Lots of other hikers out today and a lot of energy as folks worked to complete their Winter hikes.

For the guys at Washington summit, whose pictures I took, please email and I will send them along.
