Trail was packed out. Ice under a few inches of snow on the steeps made it challenging but not horrible. Took bypass of bypass both ways. Saw some friendly faces and bunch of happy hikers. Not very crowded for a Sunday. Was told at least one group turned back due to being uncomfortable with the ice sections. |
