| Comments: |
Snowshoes were needed the entire way. Slippery Brook was broken out by Skiers. I broke out light 6-8 inches on Eastman Spur. Baldface knob tr. was postholed and somewhat packed. Skiers had been up S. Baldface, in places it was postholed where they took their skis off. From S. Baldface to Circle Junction, I was on my own to break across the ridge to north and down. The ridge had some deep snow. Only about 6-8 inches headed down from N. Baldface, which was nice for snowshoeing downhill. |
