Comments
Comments: The ledges going up Blueberry Ledge were definitely tricky. Not really enough ice to jam your spikes into and not enough snow either. Needed to use hands and feet to scramble up as well as pushing against the boulders to get leverage. There was significant post holing after the summit of Whiteface (but it was so bad that putting our snow shoes would not have helped us or the trail???). Most of the rest of the trail was packed and fine with spikes.
