Comments
Comments: Great hike today to Wildcat A. Nineteen Mile Brook Trail is in pristine condition, with packed trail perfect for micro-spikes. Few patches of ice but easy walkable with light traction. At the intersection of Wildcat Ridge Trail and Nineteen Mile Brook Trail snow got deeper and was on the edge of snowshoe/micro-spikes needed. I used micro-spikes and was fine but snowshoes would have been fine as well. Saw about 10 people on the path today and after that, I would guess the trail was well packed and only micro-spikes will be necessary until the next snowfall. Right now, this is in perfect condition to be hiked. Enjoy!
