Comments
Comments: Lower half of the trail alternated between dry trail and muck. Some frozen ground, some collapsing frost, some thawed ground.

Upper portion of the trail (ledges) was difficult due to running water and black ice. Particularly as this freezes again, traction will be a good idea. Virtually no snow left following last night's rain.

Only saw one other couple out. Windy, but mostly sunny day with temperatures in the 30s. Felt more like November.
