| Comments: |
Beautiful day for a winter hike. We wore spikes start to finish. There about an inch of fresh snow on top of a layer of crusty snow and solid ice. We headed up Stinson Mt trail all the way up. There were some parts that were tricky to find with a fresh layer of snow. After the section that intersects with sno-mo trail and then heading back into the woods the trail became much more icy. Snow covered summit and views below were beautiful. This is def a hike better done in the winter. |
