| Parking/Access Road Notes: |
Gate was open, which is very strange for this time of year. The road isn't being maintained, so it was a sheet of ice. I decided to park outside the gate on the road and walk up the hill. Good choice because I saw 2 other cars struggling to make it up, eventually giving up and parking at the toll booth. There was evidence in the snow of other cars sliding off the road. |

Did the Winslow Barlow loop. A gorgeous winter wonderland! Spikes were worn top to bottom today. A fair amount of ice under the snow at higher elevations. Saw a few others on my hike, but had the summit to myself! |
