Parking/Access Road Notes: Got to the large lot off the Kanc at 9:15 am on a Saturday - plenty of parking. The lot was full on our return.

Water Crossing Notes: Several small brooks easily hopped 
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Blazes are sparse in some areas. With all the leaves down it can make following the trail somewhat difficult.

Dog-Related Notes: Moderate dog friendly trail. Crossed several small brooks which provided some water but you will want to bring extra for your pup. Brady gives this hike 4 paws!

Comments
Comments: Moderate hike with some great views at the summit and viewpoints along the way.
Still some nice fall color.
Keep your eye on the trail with the leaves down. It can be a bit of a challenge.
Don't forget to take a right from the old railroad bed to the UNH Trail at .2 miles from the trailhead.
Personally, I suggest going clockwise on the loop to avoid some rocky scrambles on the way down from the summit but either way will work.
