Comments: Took Nancy Pond Trail from 302 out to the herd path up Mount Nancy.

Simply fantastic October day to be in the Whites with temps in the 60's and sunny all day!

One heck of a trail that seemingly never quits. Cascade and Ponds are beautiful. Muddy sections of trail up around the ponds. Views from outlet of Norcross are unmatched. First bushwhack was an easy one, herd path is almost easier to follow then a couple sections of Nancy Pond trail but Wow was it steep! Appears the summit sign has been taken down. Enjoyed a snack and soaked in the incredible views of Mount Washington and friends at the lookout.

Foliage is peak in the notch. Above 3400 feet or so it is done but lower in the hills the colors were popping!
