Comments
Comments: Ironic: to the left of where we parked there was a jar hanging on a tree! Using Zach and Bryan's writeups, we followed FR 550 to the clearing marked as the gravel pit. At a small fire circle we headed towards the peak. Down to a stream at first then up through mature spruce woods. Soon come to open woods and an overall gradual climb up towards the summit, occasionally crossing and/or following very old woods roads. Got a little thicker as we approached the summit. Came to a high spot but no jar so continued further to a clearing we located the jar. Signed in and headed down pretty much the same way, coming out a little further east onto the clearing, then back down FR 550 to our car.
