| Water Crossing Notes: |
Crossing over Ellis River by Rt. 16 was a little difficult, water flowing fast. Just be careful while rockhopping.

|
| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
Trail in pretty good shape, mostly well marked. A few wet and muddy spots but mostly dry. Some rocks on Wildcat Ridge descent were wet and slippery. |

|
| Bugs: |
Some swarms of small flies would surround me if I stopped, but they didn't really bite much. Mostly just a nuisance. |
|
| Lost and Found: |
Lost my Sawyer Squeeze somewhere between Wildcat D and Pinkham Notch. It is in a black mesh bag with two Sawyer soft bottles and the backflushing syringe. Please email me if you find it! |

| Comments: |
Very tough but fun overnight trip. Hiked south, staying at Imp Campsite overnight. Caretaker was friendly. Mt. Hight had the best views, followed by Moriah then Wildcat A. Severely underestimated how difficult descent from Wildcat A to Pinkham Notch would be. Take your time on that part. Overall a great traverse. |
