Bugs
Bugs: Mosquitoes were hungry in the morning on the Round Pond Trail; gnats made their grand but unwelcome appearance in the afternoon. Bug spray kept them at bay.
Lost and Found
Lost and Found: Packed out a glass fifth-size whiskey bottle from near the top of Mt Rowe; unfortunately, it was empty.

Comments
Comments: A solo loop of the 12 Belknaps plus East Quarry, North Straightback and Mt Suncook. Started from Gunstock parking lot, went up Round Pond Trail and Belknap Range Trail to Klem, then Dave Roberts Quarry Trail to Rand, both Quarrys, and North Straightback. Picked up the Quarry Spur Trail to the Belknap Range Trail, did an out-and-back to Mt. Major, stayed on the BRT to South Straightback, Anna and Mack. Quick bushwhack to Suncook. Went over Piper, out-and-back to Whiteface, and back over Piper. Picked up the White Trail to Belknap Mtn and stayed on the BRT to Gunstock and Rowe, and down the Ridge Trail back to parking lot. Pink Lady Slippers on many of the trails, especially on the west side of Mt Klem on the BRT. Neon orange tiny salamanders (efts?) on every trail.
