| Parking/Access Road Notes: |
Plenty of space at 11 AM, but will be full this holiday weekend due to the popularity of Potash and Hedgehog. |
| Surface Conditions: |
Dry Trail, Wet/Slippery Rock, Mud - Minor/Avoidable |
| Recommended Equipment: |
| Water Crossing Notes: |
All were easily rock-hoppable. Just be aware of wet or mossy rocks in Downes brook. |
| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
The WOC and the WVAIA are doing great work. Kate Sleeper and Mt. Tripyramid trails were both well within spec for Wilderness areas. Sabbaday Brook too. There is one crossing 3 miles from the Kanc on Sabbaday Brook in a washed out area that could be cleaned up a bit. As it stands, people seem to be creating herd pathes when they temporarily lose trail there. |

| Dog-Related Notes: |
| Bugs: |
A few in the lot to start and during the road walk at the end. Surprisingly absent during the hike. The only bugs I saw where during a stop to filter water at the top of Downes brook. |
| Lost and Found: |
None. |

| Comments: |
Quiet day on the trails. Started late, so didn't see anyone on the Tripyramids. Saw one hiker and one dog on Kate Sleeper. No one else. Little mud. The only wet rocks were on the ascent of Middle Tri from the South. |
