Comments
Comments: Encountered my first real live USFS ranger in the wild! Added to the fun day. Trail in good condition, I enjoyed the multiple stream crossings. Ruminated on how quickly all the blow downs at the top end of Downes Brook Trail occurred (minutes? seconds?) and how many very-appreciated hours of hard human toil cleared the trail again and made it an easy hike for me today! Shout out to all trail stewards, everywhere, your time and effort is appreciated.
