Comments
Comments: I did this loop clockwise. I always find the signage near flat mountain pond and the logging road a little confusing, especially near the brook crossing right before the start of the McCrillis Trail. Tom Wiggin trail wasn't too bad. Finally, I didn't realize the left half of the McCrillis Path had been discontinued. I hunted all around the logging areas to find the trail. Then, I walked thru the houseless development using my GPS to follow a a bunch of roads in the hot sun back to paved road past some really beautiful farms to my car.
