Comments
Comments: Very rare Spring conditions. The trail heading up to South was what I have seen in mid summer- a couple wet spots on the ledge/scramble, but nothing significant. Some snow between peaks, but no traction needed. After North peak, there is a stretch of snow that today was very slick, but is over very quickly. Micros would have been fairly ineffective so we skipped and just took it slow. some minor mud, nothing remarkable at all for this early in the season (except that it was 70, and the fact that the trail is so dry is pretty remarkable....)
