| Parking/Access Road Notes: |
Noticed new signs up banning parking anywhere but designated hiker parking. This includes side of road directly across from hiker parking, an area that is usually used when designated spots are filled. |

Wet Trail, Ice - Breakable Crust, Mud - Minor/Avoidable, Snow/Ice - Monorail (Stable), Mud - Significant, Snow/Ice - Monorail (Unstable), Snow/Ice - Postholes, Slush |

| Water Crossing Notes: |
All doable - with melting snow parts of trail are the more unavoidable streams. Waterproof boots are a must. |

Trail is well maintained |

Saw none but good trail for puppers. |

Black flies at lower elevation-grrrr |

| Comments: |
Socked in day. Trail was a mix of ice, mud, and post holing. Start w/ spikes and then removed them. The last 0.8 is a raised monorail. There was about a 10 foot stretch of knee high post holing. I’m sure with warm temps plus rain a lot of the monorail and ice’ll be gone soon. |
