Plenty of mud on Old Troy Road, but didn’t need 4wd. Parking lot was icy/snow covered but stable. |

| Comments: |
Don’t be fooled by the first half mile; microspikes are still needed most of the way. No snowshoes, though. On the way down after lunch, the ice was all getting quite soft and wet due to the pleasant temps. It won’t be too long before it’s gone even from this north side of the mountain. |
