Great day warm, beautiful skies. Trail was frozen in the morning, requiring spikes but later in the day the melting increased and had many southern exposed sections snow free with minimal ice.
Marion Davis was muddy in multiple sections, and I got to the point where the melt off was forcing me to go decent clips in spikes with no snow that I just removed them and barebooted the last 20% to the lot. I'd be surprised if south pack has any snow after this coming weeks warmup. |
