Comments
Comments: Surprised to see less snow than forecasted at the start of the trail. We used micro spikes the entire way. There was a significant amount of fresh snow starting half a mile from the summit, but the trail was completely packed down and snowshoes are not necessary. The snow started to turn into slush by the time we descended in the afternoon. It wasn’t that wet but it was becoming very slippery, even in spikes.
