Comments
Comments: From the parking area we walked the road to the powerline and followed it, it was not too scrappy now but would probably be scratchy during non-winter months. Just as Campsite did, we turned into the woods where the powerline took a sharp turn to the east. From here it was mostly open hardwoods to the tower and the access road. followed the road between several small buildings to the obvious highest bump. We found the tree with a rotting string which we believe to be the HOL and recognized summit. We did add a colored zip-tie to a small branch on the tree as it looks like the string will not last much longer. Saw no signs prohibiting walking near the towers or buildings. The Tower Road did have a No Trespassing sign on Cates Hill Road as reported in several previous posts. An easy hike to a non-descript summit.
