Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: Very little water crossing for most of the hike besides some small streams. Towards the end of the descent past North Baldface there is a small river/large stream crossing that is pretty easily passed by rock hopping.
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: One blowdown about 2 miles in from the trailhead towards North Baldface. Not a big challenge as there is about 6ft of clearance underneath it.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Saw a dog. Pretty impressed with how it made it up with how slippery the rocks were coming up South Baldface. Responsible dog owners, had a an orange blaze doggie vest!

Comments
Comments: Very damp -> slippery rocks coming up South Baldface. Took careful thought at a couple areas and still almost slipped even then.

Saw one group of three with what looked to be a child of ten ascending the north peak. I asked if they were descending the south peak and they said they were. I told them how slippery it was. I hope they made it okay!
