| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
There's a downed tree across the east approach to the summit of Passaconaway (Dicey's Mill) wedged at approximately 5 feet above the ground. I'm 5'3", hike wearing a ballcap, and was looking at the trail. Walked right into the tree. Got knocked straight on my back on the trail. Not injured, but damn, trail steward, if you could please remove that tree I would appreciate it! |

Beautiful hike in spite of the heat and humidity! First time on Walden trail and Wonalancet Ridge Trails, and we really enjoyed them. Some steep downs on the Walden trail from Passaconaway, but Wonalancet Ridge has mostly crushed pine needles for footing. What a nice treat! |
