Great hike of the Wildcats today. The slopes are virtually snowfree. There are stretches of fleeting monorail that are still hanging on in the col of varying thickness and width up to 2feet thick. This was avoidable for the most part and where it wasn't it was solid enough to walk on. No micros were needed whatsoever. The most slippery part of this trail today was the planks bridging low spots over water. I took a fall and phone fell from pocket- was submerged in 6" of water. It truly is waterproof. I saw no hikers today. |
